User Support Technician (f/m/d) On behalf of our client based in Lausanne, we are looking for a User Support Technician (f/m/d) responsible for providing on-site and remote support for the management of incidents and requests related to the work environment. The position starts in July for a duration of 1 mission. Ensure the reception, registration, and follow-up of incidents and requests from users, and resolve incidents related to workstations, systems, and office software, both on-site and remotely. Use remote control and remote deployment tools to assist, troubleshoot, and deploy fixes for complex incidents to the relevant teams and ensure service restoration. Contribute to the update of documentation and knowledge sharing to improve quality. Profile Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar support role (helpdesk / on-site support). Good mastery of office software systems and the work environment. Experience with remote control and remote deployment tools. Excellent oral and written communication skills, service-oriented, and solution-driven. Ability to collaborate and cultivate team spirit, with good stress management and driving license.
