We develop and market new technological solutions aimed at the real estate sector, with the goal of simplifying the daily lives of property managers and owners. While our flagship product is already a must-have in Switzerland, we are looking for talented support advisors to strengthen our team. Your role will be key to ensuring the proper functioning of our solutions and contributing to the quality and dissemination of our services in the market. Support Advisors (50–80%) Your contribution: At the heart of our support service, you will be a key point of contact for our missions, which will include: Welcoming, advising, and assisting users via our helpline (support and technical) Processing registration requests and postal correspondence Managing incoming emails in the support's generic inbox Ensuring follow-up and updating of files in our system Planning and coordinating troubleshooting interventions with our technicians What characterizes you: You are organized, rigorous, and solution-oriented. You know how to demonstrate autonomy in managing your tasks while enjoying teamwork. Attentive, you quickly understand the needs of your interlocutors and take pride in providing them with clear, effective, and high-quality support. You are described as reliable and persistent, capable of managing priorities calmly, even under pressure. You are comfortable with tools and curious about new technologies, and you have a particular interest in the real estate sector. Profile: You have a commercial certificate or a combination of this position with ongoing studies (e.g., HEG). You are comfortable with MS tools and are fluent in French, ideally with very good knowledge of Swiss-German or German. Proficiency in English or other languages is a true asset. Your writing skills are solid, and your spelling is impeccable. You are organized, autonomous, and able to manage your priorities.
