Today, we are looking for a Deployment Technician to join us as part of a project to renew the workstation fleet. We are seeking several deployment technicians to intervene directly with users. The mission will take place from July to December, mainly in Lausanne and its surroundings. Role: - Replacement of workstations, screens, and peripherals on site. - Connection and installation of the equipment.- Assisting users in getting accustomed to their new workstation (approximately 30 minutes per user).- Following a defined deployment schedule.- Updating the inventory after each profile.Requirements:- Experience in support or deployment of workstations.- Good communication skills and a true ease with non-technical users.- Autonomy, diligence, and punctuality on the field.- Mobility in Lausanne and surroundings.- French C2 or judicial language proficiency.- Residence in Switzerland.Technical environment: Windows workstations (laptops with docking, office PCs, CAD). Standard peripherals. EasyVista for inventory management. Some interventions may take place in restricted access environments.
