About the role: Our client, a major institution in Switzerland, is looking for a Senior IT Support Technician to strengthen its internal support team. You will operate at the heart of a critical technological environment supporting production and daily operations. Main missions: Expert Support (N1/N2): Independent handling of complex incidents on workstations (Windows/macOS), Microsoft 365 environments, and Audio/Video peripherals: Management and support of conference rooms, A/V equipment, and video conferencing solutions (such as Microsoft Teams Rooms). Projects & Scripting: Deployment of solutions and scripts (PowerShell required, Python optional). Technical follow-up of tickets and processes. Profile: Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years in a similar role. Experience in a broadcast or media production environment is highly valued. Technical skills: Proficiency in Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and asset management tools (Intune/SCCM). Languages: Good command of German and English.
