Permanent position – 100% | Villars-sur-Glâne | Mobility required CeRFI is strengthening its teams with multiple experienced IT support technicians who operate in complex, demanding, and premium service-oriented professional environments in Villars-sur-Glâne. Your task Close to the users, you provide high-quality support on-site and/or directly at X – with a strong X focus, you work on incidents, service requests, and environments and collaborate closely with the IT teams, adhering to processes and tasks. User support (on-site support / meetings / environments) Diagnosis, analysis, and resolution of incidents Implementation of immediate workarounds and proactive reporting of risks Management and tracking of tickets Contribution to service quality and X of IT support. Your profile Proven experience in IT support Very good knowledge of: Windows, iOS, macOS O365 and (Teams, Zoom (Logi, Poly, MTR …) Device Management Tools (Intune, Workspace ONE) Ticketing Tools (ServiceNow) Very good service orientation and professional demeanor Team spirit, accuracy, and priority management Resilience, sense of responsibility, and task tracking Mother tongue: Swiss German Very good French skills (at least B2) Knowledge of ITIL We offer A permanent employment contract 5 weeks of vacation Fully funded training opportunities The chance to work for a leading IT support company in Western Switzerland.
