Interest in project management for IT equipment and software upgrades, including IT services to the different companies in the group, maintaining multi-year renewal plans. Experience in similar roles in Switzerland is required. Responsibilities include deployment and management of virtual servers (Windows Server), workstations (Windows 10 and 11). Maintenance of the IT core and servers with an external partner. Ordering and management for hardware problem resolution. Support within companies for various level 1 and 2 issues (Windows, Office 365, printing, etc.). Maintenance and periodic controls of software. Management of backups and data of virtual machines (VEEAM). Monitoring of servers in a virtualized infrastructure (VMware, Nagios). Management of firewalls, VPN connections between sites, management of VLAN, LAN, WLAN, DNS, and network services. Management of telephony with a telephony server and the fixed and mobile phone inventory of companies (Mitel). Management of mobile telephony from mobile telephony. Management of access and rights (AD), email accounts, licenses from the service provider portal (Microsoft 365). Management of internal IT projects with tenders, deployments, and commissioning of services and equipment. Design and technical monitoring of corporate websites.
