Following the departure of its incumbent, Migros Valais is looking for its Finance Department Head. As the Director of Finance, you are a recognized personality for your integrity and analytical skills. Your background shows that you position yourself - as an expert and management member - as a true partner to all stakeholders. Your main responsibilities are as follows: Lead and develop the Finance function. You manage this key department while respecting your teams (20) by aligning their activities with the company's vision. Managing complex projects is part of the role. Areas of responsibility: You oversee the Finance Department and are responsible for indirect costs and dependency. You contribute at the regional level in several working groups and anticipate regional needs. Contribute as a member of the Management of Migros Valais. Actively contribute to the definition and implementation of objectives, a finance control cockpit for the management and the council, or support institutional projects by integrating stakeholders and in collaboration with Migros’ needs (FCM). Represent the employer Migros Valais to various partners. Be an experienced reference in leadership. Professional profile: Background: 10 years of successful and concrete experience in a similar role with strong commitment and affinity with the retail trade. Ability to serve on a team: Sense of adhesion to a management approach, leadership, and alignment with Migros's DNA. Added values: Proven knowledge of the current legal framework, mastery of French and: higher education in management with strong expertise in Finance.
