Deputy Head of Service - Responsible for the 144 Center (Permanent contract 100%) Become a key player in Valais emergency services and join the OCVS Valais Canton Emergency Services (OCVS) which ensures the pre-hospital emergency response chain in the canton of Valais and operates the health emergency call center. We wish to strengthen our service and are looking for a new managerial cadre responsible for the mission: As a service manager, you will ensure the operation and development of the 144 center, guaranteeing the continuity and quality of the response to health emergency calls across the entire cantonal territory. Main responsibilities: Management of the 144 center, ensuring the operation of the 144 center, guaranteeing the continuity and sustainability of the system, supervising and supporting the center staff, ensuring shifts at the center and participating in standby, managing interactions with other emergency call centers, participating in projects and procedures, piloting the system at the center and its follow-up (notably call reviews), managing and monitoring health emergency responses, developing and implementing action plans with rescue system leaders, participating in partnerships with health and non-health entities, contributing to the aspects of the ACR chain in Heart Valais, participating in the management of major health events. Management and development: Contributing to the preparation and monitoring of the center's budgets, participating in the management of service incidents, joining OCVS working groups or events related to emergency services. Your profile: Certified ambulance technician with solid experience in team management and project management, excellent command of French or German, with very good knowledge of the second language and a sense of responsibility, excellent analytical skills and ability to work in a demanding interdisciplinary environment.
