Transfusion interregional CRS SA (TIR) is a Head of the Blood Collection Department (m/f/x) Member of the Executive ManagementTransfusion interregional CRS SA (TIR) is a non-profit organization responsible for supplying the cantons of Bern, Vaud, and Valais with blood products. As the head of the blood collection department, you will take on the responsibility for ensuring a reliable supply of blood products, guaranteeing impeccable quality, meeting deadlines, and managing efficiently and economically responsibly. In this demanding leadership role, you can count on the support of a committed and competent team united around a health mission.Your missions:- Ensure the management of the bilingual blood collection sector in the cantons of Bern, Vaud, and Valais.- Guarantee the processes aimed at ensuring coverage of the needs in blood products, in close collaboration with the departments while respecting high standards of quality.- Initiate, implement, and develop processes and projects in close collaboration with other internal services and external partners (notably authorities, hospitals, and the Red Cross).- As a member of the Executive Management, actively contribute to the development of the entire organization.Your skills:- Degree X diploma X with proven experience in the health sector.- Several years of experience in leadership and management.- With your networking skills, you find it easy to establish connections and communicate with various stakeholders in a multicultural environment.- Strong team spirit, with respect and cooperation.- Excellent written and oral skills in German or French, with very good knowledge of the other language.About us:An exciting mission in a complex field (health, industry, and non-profit).
