As part of a new position, we are recruiting: Responsible for the Social Insurance Department at 100% - Permanent contract Location: Lausanne Start date: Immediately or to be agreed What you bring to our mission Within the Social Insurance Department of the Assistance Sector, you contribute to ensuring the quality and compliance of services delivered to beneficiaries. Positioned at the heart of activities and close to the teams, you intervene as the deputy of the head, ensuring the smooth conduct of activities and compliance with procedures. You will also ensure functional support in their absence, to guarantee the continuity of activities. Your key missions - Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the department - Prioritize tasks and ensure follow-up on files while respecting procedures, standards, and the legal framework - Identify dysfunctions and propose measures for activity monitoring and quality control (Excel) - Support the teams in various aspects and participate in team meetings - Assist the department head in managing activities and service projects Your profile - Vocational diploma (CFC) as a commercial employee complemented by a management certificate or experience including activities or project management - Minimum 6 years of experience, ideally in an institutional environment - Very good mastery of office tools, particularly Excel - Analytical spirit, sense of structure and teamwork, and public service orientation - Interest in the field of social work where EVAM operates Working environment - A telecommuting policy - 5 weeks of vacation (6 starting at 50 years) - Very good social benefits - Meaningful projects in a stimulating intercultural context The recruitment process in 2 steps: 1.
