Then, nice to meet you!Legal Sector Manager - 100%As the Legal Sector Manager, you master the legal risks of the Group, in accordance with laws, case law, regulatory authority requirements, as well as regulations and directives you handle on a daily basis. You directly oversee the Legal Service of the Management and indirectly, through legal managers under your guidance, the legal services of French-speaking Switzerland and Ticino as well as German-speaking Switzerland, comprising lawyers and paralegals, by defining objectives and ensuring the quality of activities. You support and develop frameworks to enhance the effectiveness of the teams. Your central role: guaranteeing a reliable, coherent legal sector and consolidating and evaluating all legal and tax risks of the Group to provide a clear and reliable vision. Thanks to your rigor, you transform complex rules into concrete actions that secure decisions. You validate the actions to be implemented and support their execution to ensure a sustainable mastery of the challenges you bring to the team. You hold a Master's in Law and have confirmed experience of at least 5 years in the legal field. Very good knowledge of insurance law, including its regulatory aspects, as well as the patent would be an asset. For your leadership, you combine proactivity, teamwork, and a sense of listening. Solution-oriented, you know how to make decisions with agility, advance projects, and mobilize your teams, even in challenging situations. You communicate fluently in French and have a good level of German.
