Engaged in an important phase of evolution, the sector finance manager (f/h/d) that we support is strengthening its management and wishes to recruit an experienced person to lead the Finance sector. The organization is a private law social entity that brings together a residential home and a leisure section in order to offer modern support to adults living with an intellectual disability. It focuses its competencies on supervision and activities, and drives institutional development as well as structuring projects, including the renovation of its infrastructures. Responsibilities:Finance & Accounting- Oversee all accounting, quarterly and annual closings, management of receivables and payables, and the settlements related to public contributions and social insurance.- Steer the budget, prepare annual accounts, ensure regular reporting, and provide management with the necessary information for decision-making.- Ensure financial supervision of a major construction project, including budget tracking, forecasting management, financial communication with stakeholders, and cost control throughout the project.- Implement and improve controlling tools as well as internal financial procedures.- Ensure financial compliance, adherence to standards, and current legal requirements while supporting the organizational change regarding internal resources.- Supervise the team and functions related to human resources.- Structure and optimize processes to effectively support the teams with internal/external systems and infrastructures.- Support the organization in its projects.Profile:- University or HES degree in business administration, finance, management, or equivalent.- Confirmed experience in a similar role, ideally in an institutional or non-profit context.- Strong competencies in finance, thorough knowledge in accounting, controlling, and a very good understanding of analytical work mechanisms.- Structured and efficient working style, with leadership sensibility and the capacity to manage change projects in interdisciplinary environments.- Very good knowledge of German (C1) and French (C1), essential for meetings and document writing.Conditions and Benefits:- A meaningful leadership position at the heart of a broad social mission, with considerable autonomy and the potential to sustainably influence the development of the organization.- Committed management, short decision-making circuits, and a professional culture based on respect.- Modern engagement conditions, a flexible framework, and a rewarding work environment. jidff82e04aen jit0414aen jpiy26aen
