SCPO41 Cantonal Service (SCPO) - Sector Lawyer, Project Manager at 80% SCPO41 Cantonal Service (SCPO) - Civil Surveillance and Population Control Sector The civil surveillance and population control sector carries out all the missions assigned to it by federal and cantonal authorities. It specifically performs the role of data controller for the database of natural persons in the canton, in accordance with applicable data protection regulations. Within the scope of your activities, you assume the legal tasks belonging to the data controller of the database of natural persons in the canton. You coordinate federal and cantonal projects related to this register and to the management of population controls in municipalities. You also provide support to the head of the sector for legal matters and legislative work covering all areas of expertise of the profile. Holding a master's degree in law or an equivalent qualification, you have several years of relevant professional experience for the position and are able to manage transversal projects involving varied stakeholders. You have a strong interest in data protection law and IT issues. You possess proven writing skills and excellent analytical abilities. You enjoy working with multidisciplinary teams and have a keen sense of responsibility. Your knowledge of the Neuchâtel public is an asset for this position.
