To complete the kitchen team of a socio-medical facility in Geneva, we are looking for a:Restaurant Manager / Chef de Cuisine at 100%We offer you the opportunity to join the leader in collective catering in Switzerland, providing excellent working conditions to its employees as well as social benefits.Role:You will hold a position with responsibilities offering diverse tasks and the opportunity to manage a restaurant independently while benefiting from the tools and support of a large organization. You will ensure the production of hot and cold cuisine for lunch and dinner services, as well as meal distribution. You will design and plan varied and balanced menus, and occasionally lead culinary activities for our residents. During events within the establishment, you will ensure smooth service.Alongside our dietitians, you will guarantee the quality of meals for clients, strictly adhering to hygiene and safety standards. As a manager, you will supervise the kitchen team, recruit and train staff, while ensuring the management of budgets, inventories, and resources. You will be responsible for the cleanliness of the premises, equipment, and facilities according to the cleanliness plan.Profile:You demonstrate solid knowledge of modified textures and a perfect mastery of current culinary trends. You benefit from proven experience in the health and collective catering field, as well as in hospitality. You possess a true team spirit, constant motivation, a pronounced taste for culinary arts, and a sense of proposing creative and original dishes to energize the offerings. Proactive, rigorous, and excellent French language skills are required.
