The Municipality of Châtel-St-Denis is offering a position for: Head of the Construction Sector - Deputy to the Head of the Urban Planning Department, 90% Main duties: Ensure follow-up on construction files, publish public inquiries Control the compliance of construction projects submitted within the municipality Ensure general oversight and report illegal constructions Participate in draft summaries and the handling of opposition cases Participate in the issuance of simplified construction permits Conduct periodic inspections of buildings regarding fire safety Participate in the Technical Commission during opposition cases Plan needs and manage sector personnel, coordinate and energize the team's activities Participate in the establishment and management of the annual budget and the annual management report of the department Manage the register of buildings and housing, perform construction tasks Collaborate on water, waste, and desired tax matters: Holder of a Federal Certificate of Proficiency in building or any other equivalent qualification Specialist in construction law Proven knowledge in the field of fire protection Ability to manage a team composed of technical and precise members, autonomous, very good interpersonal skills, and execution of tasks Sense of connectiveness and ease of contact with knowledge of common office tools (MS Office) and a specific program We offer: A stable, interesting, and varied job with the social benefits of a municipal position A salary in accordance with the municipal employee pay scale Start date: June 1st or at the latest: April 19th jidd3f9a02aen jit0414aen jpiy26aen
