To learn more, follow our mission: - Process objections and appeal procedures - Draft and sign formal decisions relevant to the legal department’s competency - Conduct procedures before judicial authorities (courts, prefectures) - Represent the unemployment fund before judicial authorities - Support colleagues from other sections and management on legal aspects - Ensure the resolution of contentious or complex matters - Handle criminal procedures related to the fund’s cases - Participate in LTN procedures in accordance with internal directives - Participate in and guide the legal department’s processes Desired Profile: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law - Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the legal field - Good writing skills - Solid experience in managing civil and/or labor law and/or social insurance procedures - Ability to work autonomously - Proficiency in French or German, with very good knowledge of the other language Contact Information: Write an email jidedda3b9aen jit0414aen jpiy26aen
