Main tasks:- Conducting first-instance enforcement procedures against licensed institutions, some of their bodies, or companies operating without authorization.- Engagement and oversight of FINMA.- Conducting procedures with authorities in Switzerland and before FINMA X, including drafting positions on required projects.Requirements:- Master’s degree in law and Swiss patent, with additional qualifications (e.g., thesis) or at least five years of professional experience in a bank, an auditing firm, a regulatory authority, or legal practice.- Excellent writing and analytical skills, autonomy, high capacity for work, and team spirit.- Excellent capabilities in at least one other official language and English.Prospects:We are the ideal employer for committed individuals seeking challenges and wishing to take on responsibilities quickly.
