We are looking for a Lawyer at 80% - 100% We are looking for a Lawyer to start: September 1st or as agreed Salary class: 8 (Salary scale) Your tasks You will be required to advise and provide legal support, both orally and in writing, to the benefits specialists, the advisors, and your supervisors on the rights to professional measures and benefits, as well as handle notice periods. You will also deal with cases from other insurance agencies (auxiliary means as well as appeal procedures following our decisions with the courts). Additionally, you will participate in team management by leading certain activities, such as internal X or work. Finally, you will occasionally be required to participate in working groups or provide training to colleagues. Profile You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Swiss law. Experience in a legal department of a social insurance organization and good knowledge of German is an advantage. Your writing and verbal skills in French allow you to be effective. You are capable of making quick decisions and working autonomously, as well as collaborating with others.
