Intern Lawyer for the Municipalities and Employment DivisionAs an intern lawyer within the Municipalities Division, you will support the legal expert of the Sector in conducting various projects related to the implementation of the Vaudois citizenship law. By joining this dynamic sector, you will contribute in particular to the drafting of guidelines, fact sheets, as well as to the preparation of documents intended for internal audiences and the management of and services that interest you. Responsibilities:- Manage actions of monitoring and control of inhabitants, including ensuring the follow-up of case law.- Draft internal and external support materials.- Conduct legal research, draft legal opinions, and participate in the review of municipal regulations in terms of control of inhabitants.- Draft formal decision projects and responses to appeals.- Participate in meetings related to the sector and facilitate and follow up on internal and external working sessions.For more information, please consult the internship plan by clicking here or contact Ms. X from the Sector at [email] (completed or in progress) Interest in the public and the field of writing.
