About the role: As an HR Manager, you will join a small team of two and play a key role in personnel management. The company operates in several cantons.We offer: A role in a high-growth company, with a Try&Hire: 6 months with Academic Work followed by a permanent contract within the opportunity to use your German daily with the new branch in German-speaking Switzerland.Work environment: - Manage the lifecycle of contracts and files.- Ensure strict monitoring of absences, vacations, and social insurances (sickness, accident).- Actively participate in monthly site visits in German-speaking Switzerland.We are looking for: - Good knowledge of HR management.- Good skills in French (oral and written).- Advanced knowledge of German (at least B2 level).- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.- Mastery of the Abacus software is a plus.- It is a plus if you possess knowledge of the Select Line software.To succeed in this role, your personal skills should include: For this position, we are looking for a structured person, quality-oriented, and capable of collaborating effectively with various recruitment processes.
