They work throughout the canton of Geneva to carry out replacements, lasting about ten to twelve months, in our branches. This pool is tasked with ensuring continuity and optimal quality of care for our missions and responsibilities. Provide basic care and medical-technical acts delegated by the nursing supervisor with a holistic approach to the client. Promote the increase, recovery, or maintenance of the client’s autonomy to allow them to restore, continue, or adapt their lifestyle at home. Conduct assistance according to the client’s habits of life and environment. Work interdisciplinarily, respecting institutional missions and objectives. Evaluate and re-evaluate assistance measures and assume the reference profile. ProfileInterest in diversifying experiences in various sectors of Geneva, with different teams and clienteles. Enjoying challenges and having the capacity to be an ASSC and to work in the canton of Geneva. A sense of empathy and communication with others, good listening skills. Ability to assess situations and act responsibly. Resilience to stress and physical work. Ability to work independently and in interdisciplinary collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.
