You are the first point of contact for our clients and conduct telephone interviews with them in French and German (possibly in Italian). You collaborate with various services and social insurance institutions internally. You provide information to insured individuals and affiliates at our call center and/or at our reception on the entire range of services that you bring to HOTELA: You hold a commercial diploma of type CFC or deemed equivalent. You are fluent in German or French with at least a C1 level in the second language. Italian is a plus. You are a flexible and available person with a strong sense of human relations.
