Your role involves analyzing, processing, and making decisions on files of beneficiaries presenting sometimes complex social and financial issues. You operate in a demanding environment where rigor, discernment, and analytical skills are essential. Here, precision meets humanity and directly contributes to a public interest mission.Your key missions - Analyze and process beneficiary files to assess rights within the legal framework and the principle of subsidiarity - Review financial documents (bank statements, social insurance statements, tax documents) and handle specific or sensitive cases - Write reasoned decisions, correspondence, and analytical summaries - Conduct interviews with beneficiaries as part of the handling of complex cases - Ensure collaboration with internal and external partners (social insurances, municipalities) regarding monitoring and management tools of the division Your profile - Completed vocational training as a commercial employee or an equivalent qualification; a supplementary degree in social insurance or law is an advantage - Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in case analysis, ideally related to social aid, social insurance, or a similar field - Very good knowledge of social insurance and understanding of subsidiarity mechanisms - Ability to analyze complex situations and exercise critical thinking - Strong writing skills and ability to motivate decisions in a structured manner - Rigor, reliability, sense of responsibility, and ability to work in a team - Proficiency in standard office tools What EVAM offers - A committed work environment - A remote work policy - 5 weeks of vacation (6 weeks from age 50) - Very good social benefits - Meaningful projects in a stimulating intercultural context The recruitment process has 3 steps: 1.
