Job Description

  • Ensure smooth organisational and administrative operations for the management and participate in human resources management (employee lifecycle, social insurance, recruitment, conflict management).
  • Coordinate communications, information, and priorities between various internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organise workflows, plan and monitor deadlines, meetings, and actions necessary for the proper conduct of daily business.
  • Participate in managing strategic files and ensure the confidential follow-up of cross-functional projects.
  • Prepare and format various documents, meeting minutes, presentation materials, and decision-making summaries.
  • As a point of contact for issues related to tools (IT, consumables...), you will liaise between employees and service providers.

Profile Sought

  • Commercial maturity or equivalent training, Federal Certificate of Executive Assistant is an advantage.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role with responsibilities and multitasking.
  • Native French speaker with excellent writing and spelling skills.
  • Very good command of the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and common IT tools.
  • Excellent organisational, anticipatory, and priority management skills.
  • Personality with interpersonal skills, excellent relational abilities, a sense of service, and confidentiality.
