Executive Assistant (M/F) - 60 to 80 %
Your tasks
- Manage the administration of the Director of the Realisation Department as well as the boards of directors of Viteos SA’s service subsidiaries;
- Process third-party invoices and ensure budget monitoring of the department’s investments;
- Manage the planning and organisation of inter-company meetings;
- Ensure legal monitoring in connection with the obligations of a board of directors;
- Organise meetings: planning, cross-functional coordination, preparation of agendas, drafting minutes and follow-up on decisions;
- Ensure versatility with the assistants of the boards of directors of Viteos and its subsidiaries.

Your profile
- Certified executive assistant or equivalent training;
- Training as a board secretary (an asset);
- Legal sensitivity or training (an asset);
- Proven experience (approx. 5 to 10 years) in a similar position, including several years managing executive or board meetings;
- Proficiency with common IT tools and ease with artificial intelligence tools.
