Accountant - Permanent Contract 80%


For our client, a company in the real estate sector based in Montreux, we are looking for an Accountant to strengthen their administrative and financial team

Reporting to management, you will be involved in all accounting and administrative activities of the company.

Your main responsibilities will be as follows:

- Ensure the maintenance of general accounting up to closing
- Enter and monitor routine accounting entries
- Prepare VAT returns and participate in annual reconciliations
- Manage salaries as well as annual social insurance statements
- Monitor debtor and creditor accounts
- Manage banking operations and cash flow monitoring
- Ensure the company’s routine administrative management

We are looking for a person with:

- Commercial Employee Federal Certificate of Competence and/or accounting diploma
- Ideally a Federal Diploma
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent command of Winbiz software
- Experience in the real estate sector
- Autonomous, organised, rigorous and flexible personality
- Sense of responsibility, initiative and ability to work independently
