As a CRS health auxiliary, you support the people in their daily life (activities of daily living, social, spiritual activities, housekeeping) while ensuring the preservation of their autonomy and taking into account the support plan. You contribute to a safe and friendly atmosphere. You participate in the person’s support plan by ensuring that their environment is adapted to their needs. You will collaborate interprofessionally and adapt your practices to the needs of each person and participate in the implementation of individualised support.

YOUR BACKGROUND - YOUR QUALITIES AND SKILLS

• You hold a Red Cross certificate or an equivalent qualification and have experience in residential care
• Interest in daily support of elderly people
• Sense of observation, listening and empathy
• Flexible, adaptable and organised
• Communication skills, team spirit and ability to self-reflect
• Good command of French and common IT tools (Carefolio)
• Driving licence and private vehicle
