Site Manager 100% Permanent Contract (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Daily monitoring of progress and quality of works
• Supervision of teams and leading site meetings
• Acceptance of the work, reporting and presentation to the technical director
• Validation of methods, compliance with standards and contractual commitments
• Preparation and costing of works, definition of resources and operating methods
• Organisation and planning of the site, logistical coordination and external mandates
• Relations with the client and project manager, defending the company’s interests

Profile

• Proven field experience and solid technical training covering various trades
• Excellent memory and ability to manage several complex projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel), MS Project is an asset
• Ability to take on responsibilities autonomously on large-scale sites
• Strong leadership, sense of delegation and team management in a collaborative and demanding spirit
• Rigour in meeting deadlines and standards, while maintaining clear communication with management and colleagues
