Accounting Secretary 40-60% Permanent Contract (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Ensure payment follow-up and manage customer reminders
• Update dashboards and financial indicators
• Process supplier and customer invoices
• Maintain the accounting records of small organisations
• Carry out VAT calculations as well as intermediate and annual closing operations
• Participate in the preparation of payslips and social insurance declarations
• Manage various administrative tasks: telephone reception, mail handling, correspondence drafting and archiving

Profile

• Commercial employee federal certificate of competence (CFC)
• Proven experience in accounting, ideally in fiduciary or SME
• Good knowledge of closings, VAT, salaries and social insurances
• Proficient with common IT tools, especially Microsoft 365 (Excel) and Winbiz
• Organised, meticulous person capable of managing several tasks simultaneously
• Autonomy, initiative and sense of responsibility
• Excellent interpersonal skills and sense of confidentiality
• Fluency in French; any other language is an asset
