With its 116 rooms, the Lake Side brasserie facing the lake, the panoramic Waves lounge on the 7th floor, as well as its conference and banquet centre, the Beaulac Hotel is a reference address combining elegance, quality of service and hospitality.

To strengthen our teams and support the development of our event activity, we are looking for a:
BANQUETS AND SUPPORT PRODUCTION MANAGER – 100% (PERMANENT CONTRACT)
Reporting to the Head Chef, you play a key role in organising, preparing and ensuring the smooth running of activities related to banquets, seminars and events at the establishment.
A true operational and administrative relay, you actively contribute to guaranteeing a high-quality service, both in the kitchen and on the ground.
Your main duties:
- Ensure the organisation and production related to banquets, seminars and events
- Participate in the planning of services in collaboration with the various departments
- Guarantee the proper preparation of setups and compliance with quality standards
- Supervise and coordinate teams during events
- Ensure administrative follow-up of event files and orders
- Actively participate in culinary production and the smooth operational running of services
- Ensure compliance with HACCP standards and internal procedures
- Be proactive in optimising organisation and services
Your profile:
- Professional training in cooking
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in a high-end hotel environment
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage priorities
- Versatility, autonomy and sense of responsibility
- Team spirit and interpersonal ease
- Ability to work under pressure and manage several events simultaneously
- Fluency in French is essential; any other language is an asset
- Good command of common IT tools
- You are available to work according to usual catering hours, both during the week and at weekends.
