We are seeking for our Management Department:An Administrative Manager at 100%
Your main tasks
Ensure the administrative management of a portfolio of buildings in close collaboration with the technical managers and the management.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Administrative management of leases (establishment, renewals, terminations and amendments).
- Monitoring of entry and exit condition reports.
- Managing correspondence with tenants, owners and suppliers.
- Handling claims and administrative follow-up of files.
- Processing invoices.
- Monitoring litigation.
- Various tasks related to daily management.
Your qualifications:
- Proven experience in a real estate agency in Switzerland.
- Excellent command of French, both spoken and written.
- Comfortable with common IT tools; knowledge of the Quorum software is an asset.
- Organisational skills, rigour and ability to manage priorities.
- Team spirit while being able to work independently.
- Discretion, sense of service and excellent presentation.
