For one of our clients, we are looking for an Administrative Manager Professional Provident Fund on a permanent contract between 80% and 100%, based in the canton of Vaud. The colleague will join the Professional Provident Fund administrative department of the organisation.

Our client is a very reputable organisation active in insurance and provident fund brokerage in Switzerland and internationally.

Responsibilities

  • Integration within the Professional Provident Fund Administrative Management department;
  • Administrative support to managers;
  • Handling certain stages of management processes according to managers' instructions;
  • Carrying out follow-ups on simple files under the supervision of a manager;
  • Management of reinsurance notifications and follow-up;
  • Client and management reporting;
  • Participation in the daily office life.

Candidate Profile

  • Commercial employee federal certificate of competence (CFC);
  • 2-3 years of experience in an administrative field, ideally in provident funds or insurance;
  • Excellent command of the French language, both spoken and written;
  • Proficiency in another language is an asset;
  • High rigour, interpersonal ease, sense of service, organisation and communication skills, autonomy and team spirit.
