We are seeking for our Management Department:An Administrative Manager at 100%

Your main tasks

Ensure the administrative management of a portfolio of buildings in close collaboration with the technical managers and the management.

Your main responsibilities include:

    • Administrative management of leases (establishment, renewals, terminations and amendments).
    • Monitoring of entry and exit condition reports.
    • Managing correspondence with tenants, owners and suppliers.
    • Handling claims and administrative follow-up of files.
    • Processing invoices.
    • Monitoring litigation.
    • Various tasks related to daily management.

Your qualifications:

    • Proven experience in a real estate agency in Switzerland.
    • Excellent command of French, both spoken and written.
    • Comfortable with common IT tools; knowledge of the Quorum software is an asset.
    • Organisational skills, rigour and ability to manage priorities.
    • Team spirit while being able to work independently.
    • Discretion, sense of service and excellent presentation.
