A LEGAL COUNSEL (M/F) 100% The company MBG SA is mandated by several Geneva institutions to ensure their financial management, HR, and includes professionals, pension funds, and centers all dedicated to the technical professions of the building sector (MBG). As part of a replacement for a leave, MBG SA is looking for a LEGAL COUNSEL (M/F) 100%Your responsibilities: - Legal assistance to MBG member companies (phone and email) in terms of labor law, social insurance, collections and bankruptcies, corporate law, business law, and public procurement law, construction law - Legal minute, newsletter, legal opinions, models of legal letters, and support for the drafting of CCAs for legal and editorial aspects - Proposal and organization of legal meetings for MBG members - Legal monitoring - Support to management for internal management Your profile: - Degree in Swiss law, generalist qualification, theoretical knowledge and extensive professional experience in areas related to labor law, social insurance, collections and bankruptcies - Proactive and able to make proposals - Ability to analyze, synthesize, and simplify legal matters - Open personality with an excellent team spirit - Strong writing skills and mastery of Office 365 tools - Knowledge of German (written/oral): We offer you a quality working environment in a rapidly growing company engaged in numerous multidisciplinary and stimulating projects, with social and salary conditions.
