SEMP262 Employment Service (SEMP) The SEMP ensures, in collaboration with political, economic, and social actors, the balanced development of the employment market. It is composed of two offices: - the labor market office; - the office for working conditions (ORCT). Your missions As a legal expert, you play a key role in legal provisions regarding unemployment benefits. You make decisions in the first instance and also draft appeals intended for the cantonal and federal courts, as well as advisory opinions. You inform and advise internal and external stakeholders of the SEMP on issues related to unemployment insurance. Profile You hold a master's degree in law or an equivalent qualification, and you have excellent knowledge of the legal provisions related to unemployment insurance and employment (LACI, labor law, measures related to unemployment and professional integration, procedures). You also demonstrate a genuine interest in the field of insurance. You have excellent writing skills, are comfortable in communication, and know how to manage pressure while meeting deadlines.
