Our telealarm accessories guarantee our clients an appropriate response for each type of alarm they may trigger. This security is mainly offered to the elderly, whether they live in their own homes or in apartments in buildings with supervision for the elderly.Your missions and responsibilitiesThe mission of the social technician is to contribute through their intervention to the maintenance at home (private or institutional) of clients by providing them with technological solutions allowing for the improvement of home maintenance and autonomy (security devices, light signaling, environmental controls, etc.).Their activities will be structured as follows:With clients- Guide and inform IMAD clients on the proposed solutions, accessories, rates, and the socio-health network- Implement technological devices (security devices, light signaling, etc.), integrate them into existing installations, carry out the necessary tests and adjustments- Explain the operation of the equipment to clients and their family caregivers, reassure them through demonstrations, and guarantee a good understanding of the equipmentWith IMAD and the medico-social network and follow-up:- Ensure the processing of alarms, transmit files to professional centers, collaborate with the teams of the buildings with supervision for the elderly for installations and follow-upEquipment management:- Clean, maintain, recondition, and repair recovered equipment, while respecting standards and traceability: Inform management in case of problems, guarantee the traceability of interventions in the system- Participate in an on-call service on weekends and holidaysProfile- Technical training or equivalent- Recent experience in a technical activity with interventions at client sites (maintenance, support, or after-sales service)- Interest in technologies related to security systems, light signaling, environmental control, or home automation- Real ease with digital tools (MS Office, Teams, ERP, etc.)- Sense of service and ease, particularly with seniors (listening, availability, knowing how to answer questions, knowing how to reassure)- Ability to manage difficult situations, to work with method and precision, to make decisions, and to work in a team- Very good command of FrenchWhat we offerAt IMAD, we believe that equality is essential.
