Your tasks
- Support for school staff to create and maintain a good school climate
- Individual support for pupils and their parents
- Advice to teachers and the school management on social and socio-educational matters
- Prevention and early detection of difficult situations as well as the development of solutions in the social field
- Cooperation with institutions inside and outside the school
Desired profile
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work from a recognised university (Uni, FH) or equivalent qualification
- Initiative, humorous and resilient personality
- Ability to integrate, work in a team and manage conflicts
- Experience in systemic work
- Proficiency in the German language
