As part of a maternity leave, we are recruiting a:
Social Worker (80%) - 6-month fixed-term contract
Location: Chalet à Gobet
Start date: As soon as possible

In connection with a multidisciplinary team, you play a central role in providing individualised social support, organising care according to current standards, and contributing to the life and smooth running of the home.

Your key responsibilities
You are responsible for administrative follow-up and social interviews.
You implement personalised action plans.
You support beneficiaries in social, professional, and administrative integration.
You coordinate with internal and external partners.
You ensure compliance with the home’s rules.
Your profile
You hold a HES bachelor’s degree in social work (SEFRI recognition if foreign diploma).
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
You have a good knowledge of the Vaud network and social insurance.
You have excellent French (spoken and written); proficiency in English or other languages is an asset.
You have a strong interest in the field of migration.
