Social Worker (80%) - 6-month fixed-term contract

In connection with a multidisciplinary team, you play a central role in providing individualised social support, organising care according to current standards, and contributing to the life and smooth running of the home.

Your key responsibilities

• You are responsible for administrative follow-up and social interviews.

• You implement personalised action plans.

• You support beneficiaries in social, professional, and administrative integration.

• You coordinate with internal and external partners.

• You ensure compliance with the home’s rules.

Your profile

• You hold a HES bachelor’s degree in social work (SEFRI recognition if foreign diploma).

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role.

• You have a good knowledge of the Vaud network and social insurance.

• You have excellent French (spoken and written); proficiency in English or other languages is an asset.

• You have a strong interest in the field of migration.
