As a social worker, your role involves advanced mastery of specific skills:

• ï‚· Needs analysis and social intervention: You identify and assess the specific needs of clients

in order to direct interventions within an appropriate social health framework, including personalised follow-up

according to each client’s needs.

• ï‚· Support for informal carers and guidance: You provide advice and support to relatives, while

offering strategic guidance to improve clients’ well-being.

• ï‚· Interdisciplinary collaboration: You work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and

with an external network for a coordinated approach.

• ï‚· Case management: You actively manage client files acting as a key contact person

YOUR PROFILE

• ï‚· You hold a diploma in social work or an equivalent recognised qualification, ideally complemented by

two years’ experience in Switzerland.

• ï‚· You have solid knowledge of social insurance within the Vaud canton’s socio-health system.
• ï‚· A certified training in social insurance would be an advantage.
• ï‚· Autonomous, versatile, and adaptable, you have a strong interest in home care as well as social insurance and helping relationships.

• ï‚· You demonstrate excellent listening and communication skills within a group and with clients.

• ï‚· You handle administrative procedures with ease and confidence!
• ï‚· You possess a driving licence and ideally a personal vehicle.
