Depending on the requests, you propose a social assessment, social support adapted to the specificities of each situation, and if necessary, evaluate and issue financial social assistance, within the framework of the law on social assistance and the fight against precariousness (LASLP) and cantonal directives related to asylum aid.Main activities- You analyze and evaluate the beneficiary's request;- In collaboration with the beneficiary, you establish an assessment of their social situation by noting their skills and mobilizing their resources in order to support them in their return to autonomy;- In collaboration with professionals with relevant expertise and the beneficiary themselves, you build a social support project and the means for its implementation (definition of objectives and an action plan) with a view to their social and/or professional reintegration;- You evaluate and verify compliance with the beneficiary's various rights, particularly in terms of social insurance;- In collaboration with the financial manager, you guarantee the allocation of financial aid within the framework of cantonal or federal legal provisions;- You collaborate closely with the social network, partners, and institutions.Profile- You hold a Bachelor's degree in social work, human sciences, or an equivalent qualification;- Confirmed experience in social work is an asset;- You demonstrate a marked interest in human relations;- You have good knowledge of Geneva institutions;- You enjoy collaborating actively within a multidisciplinary team;- You are proactive, agile, and autonomous;- You demonstrate good analytical and writing skills;- You are solution-oriented.Additional InformationWe offer you- An open and respectful corporate culture;- Continuous skills development through a training policy;- Career development and internal mobility opportunities;- Real solutions to promote work-life balance;- Numerous cultural and sporting activities to experience collectively within the institution.Activity rate: 60 to 100%Location: to be agreedFunction class: 16Type of contract: according to needStart date: to be definedApplication deadline: [Removed]Our recruitment processIt takes place in several phases depending on the type of position, where each step conditions the next: analysis of the application, telephone interview, and if necessary, professional test and/or assessment.
