To provide replacements within the Youth Quarter, especially at La Castalie in Monthey, to be engaged immediately or as agreed, social replacement worker. Main missions: In the absence or reinforcement of team members, ensure the support and basic care of children with intellectual disabilities, with or without autism spectrum disorder. Implement, monitor and evaluate individualized projects with parents, the interdisciplinary team, and other partners. Encourage and support children and adolescents in developing their personal skills and in strengthening their social skills. Essential job requirements: Social, educational degree, or deemed equivalent. Experience and/or interest in supporting children with behavioral difficulties. Knowledge of autism spectrum disorder. Listening skills and sense of interdisciplinary work. Flexible and willing to work irregular hours, including weekends.
