Your key missions You are responsible for follow-up and interviews, implementing a personalized action plan, supporting beneficiaries in social and professional integration, coordinating with internal partners, and ensuring to provide expertise and advice at the cantonal social office to guarantee quality support. Your profile You have a HES bachelor's degree in social work (SEFRI recognition if the diploma is foreign). Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. You have a good knowledge of the Vaud network and social insurances. You have excellent French (oral and written); mastery of English or other languages is an asset. You have a strong interest in the social field and in working in a committed environment. - 5 weeks of vacation (6 from age 50) - Very good social benefits - Meaningful projects in a stimulating intercultural context The recruitment process consists of 3 steps: 1.
