For our client based in Geneva, we are looking for a Social Worker at 70%. As part of your duties, you will be responsible for: Quickly analyzing requests received from professionals in the Geneva socio-health network and providing an appropriate response or directing them to the relevant service. Carrying out, in close collaboration with the nurse, a complete social assessment while bringing your social expertise and ensuring compliance with legal frameworks. Proposing concrete measures for crisis management to the beneficiary and their family, providing active listening and support aimed at restoring emotional balance, and having good knowledge of the Geneva or Swiss health network. Documenting each intervention precisely: actions taken, services provided, and conclusions drawn. Assessing the relevance of the follow-up and proposed pathway for each case during meetings, supervision, and team sessions outside of intervention hours. Actively contributing to meetings with network partners. To succeed fully in this position, you will stand out with the following qualities and skills: Bachelor HES-SO / HETS-Geneva in social work or deemed equivalent. A minimum of 2 years of experience in areas of social precariousness, exclusion, or support. Experience in mediation and conflict management is significant. Excellent knowledge of the socio-health network, resilience to stress, and the ability to maintain a clear and objective perspective in challenging situations. Effective priority management and autonomy in work. Comfort with communication and adaptability according to interlocutors. The autonomous management of a crisis does not intimidate you; you are in control of your emotions. You demonstrate great ease and discretion; synthesizing information and very good relational skills. Driving license B is essential. Why join us?
