Encourage and support beneficiaries in developing their skills and strengthening their social interactions. Participate within the living group in various maintenance and project tasks, as well as in numerous development projects of our institution. Essentials of the position: CFC of assistant or equivalent qualification. Knowledge of autism spectrum disorders for people with disabilities and those living with intellectual disabilities. Good listening skills and an interdisciplinary spirit. Flexibility and willingness to work irregular hours, including weekends.
