Les Marmettes FRSA Romande SourdAveugles, social worker (ASE - HES/ES) Les Marmettes FRSA Romande SourdAveugles, a specialized institution in supporting people who are deafblind and deaf with associated disabilities, is looking to complete its teams in the social housing sector (ASE - HES/ES) CDI 60% and CDD 80% (6 - 8 months) Your mission: Support daily people with sensory disabilities and associated disabilities within their living environment. Promote access and mobility for the individuals supported. Work to ensure the values defended by the CDPH. Collaborate with relatives, legal representatives, and specialists. Required qualifications: HES social work, ES social work, ASE with experience in the field of disability preferred. Proof of flexibility, availability, and ease in stress management. Ability to learn quickly. Knowledge of French Sign Language (LSF) is a plus.
