Your MissionYou will lead the team of a social action center (CAS) in implementing appropriate social support for individuals seeking assistance from the institution; thus, you will define and implement the objectives of your unit by articulating the issues you identify on the ground with institutional challenges; you will ensure the smooth operation of the unit within the applicable legal framework; you will actively contribute to improving the functioning and main activities. As Team Leader:You will guarantee the provision of quality services in a coherent, efficient manner and in compliance with the legal framework; you will manage, support, animate, and develop your team; you will organize and anticipate the implementation of necessary actions so that this unit fulfills its entrusted mission, and responds to the needs of users; you will develop partnerships with the local network and represent the social service, as well as the institution, to external partners related to CAS activities, particularly with municipal authorities and institutional partners; you will arbitrate the management of the budget necessary for the functioning of the mission and objectives of the unit; you will promote the emergence within your teams of innovative measures/projects/actions based on the needs of users (individual or collective support); you will collaborate closely with other CAS units and specialized units to implement the mission, such as transversal units, Youth Point, or the reintegration service. ProfileMinimum of 3 years of experience in the social field; HES title or equivalent recognized, possibly with an additional qualification in management or social policy; Very good knowledge of the legal framework (LASLP) and the Geneva social network is essential; Experience in priority management, supervision, and team management; A true driver of proposals, dynamic, solution-oriented person; Rigor and mastery of additional tools.
