Our client is currently looking for a Property Manager to ensure the complete management of a portfolio located in the canton of Geneva. Responsibilities include: Supervising, supporting, and developing the assistants under your responsibility, including defining annual objectives and monitoring their professional follow-up during direct contacts as well as over the phone. Ensuring the proper maintenance of buildings according to management needs and coordinating necessary interventions. Conducting regular inspections of properties and establishing corresponding reports. Organizing and carrying out entry and exit inspections as part of lease agreements or changes in tenants in a proactive and comprehensive manner. Updating leases, processing contractual amendments and rent adjustments, including indexed rents. Advising property owners and overseeing the current rent policy. Verifying and validating invoices as well as management statements and accessory charges. Your profile: You demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit and possess excellent interpersonal skills. Your client relationships are strong, and you know how to establish trust and confidence. You are comfortable with digital tools and enjoy participating in developments and projects. You have a perfect command of French, both orally and in writing, and possess strong writing skills. You have good knowledge of accounting, as well as rental law and the main legal bases (CO, CC, LP). You have several years of proven experience in property management (3 to 5 years). You hold a vocational diploma as a commercial employee or an equivalent qualification. You have obtained or are in the process of obtaining the federal diploma of property manager or are following continuing education in this field.
