In order to develop and structure its management activities, and with a constant concern for the well-being of its employees, and by extension, the quality of life of its seniors, the organization is looking to strengthen its team composed of around twenty members by recruiting a Real Estate Manager for Construction and M/F (Permanent Contract 100%) Your mission: As an experienced real estate manager, you will ensure the complete management of a portfolio of social housing in collaboration with an already established team. You will guarantee regulatory compliance of files, maintain constructive relationships with the OCLPF, and contribute to the quality of service provided to residents. Responsibilities include complete management of leases, amendments, and compliance with the LGL, as well as regular interactions with the OCLPF (inspections, subsidy requests). You will follow up and serve as an interface between the management service and the technical service, process requests, and assist residents. You will also manage documentation and ensure adherence to internal procedures. Your profile: CFC in commercial employment (real estate sector) or equivalent with solid experience in property management, confirmed experience (minimum 5 years) in managing social housing in Geneva, ideally within a social structure, mastery of OCLPF tools and procedures. Rigor, autonomy, and sense of responsibility towards service, listening skills, ability to work transversally, and structuring collaboration between services. Excellent writing skills and fluency in work language valid in Switzerland.
