On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for a Property Manager (M/F). Your future responsibilities: You will take charge, independently, of managing a portfolio of commercial buildings and some residential properties, or you will become the main point of contact with which you will establish solid and professional relationships: drafting and monitoring leases, amendments, renewals, and terminations. You will oversee all activities related to management: service charge statements and monitoring financial data. You will collaborate closely with internal teams (projects, technical, accounting) to ensure the coherence and performance of the estate. You will act, as appropriate, as a landlord or tenant, ensuring legal compliance and data reliability. You will contribute to the development of the portfolio: actively searching for opportunities, monitoring, and analyzing market trends. Profile: You have solid experience (5 to 10 years) in managing commercial assets, ideally in the real estate sector. You hold a federal diploma (or equivalent) and have a good command of commercial lease law as well as management software tools (SAP RE-FX or equivalent). You communicate easily in French (C1-C2 level) and possess good skills in German (B1); knowledge of English is a plus.
