The Technical Manager oversees a portfolio of several high-end private properties across Switzerland, including prestigious residences, exceptional estates, and unique real estate. Our client is a large family office, recognized for its excellence, discretion, and the exceptional quality of its real estate.Responsibilities: As a Technical Manager, you will supervise all technical aspects related to the management of an exceptional private real estate portfolio. Your responsibilities include:Technical Management and Monitoring:- Overseeing works, maintenance, and complete management of interventions.- Supervising construction sites (minor works, interventions, and site visits with technicians and external partners).Management and Financial:- Requesting, analyzing, and comparing quotes; controlling costs and maintenance, deadlines, and budgets by property or role for consistency of quotes, interventions, and invoices.Document Management:- Keeping up-to-date files for each property, including reports, photos, and technical knowledge documentation for a clear and comprehensive reference for each collection, control, and classification of internal and external resources.Main point of contact for artisans and companies; working closely with internal family office teams.Providing reliable solutions tailored to high-value properties, ensuring that the standards, sustainability, and quality of the technical management are maintained.Profile:- Experience in real estate technical management, ideally in the luxury sector, private property, or high-end maintenance.- Mastery of the technical environments of private residences, complex buildings, or properties.- High degree of service autonomy, strong sense of responsibility, and discretion with a sense of confidentiality.- Strong capacity for prioritization and excellent management of priorities.- Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability facing various stakeholders.- Proficiency in French and English; German is an asset.Benefits:You will join a prestigious family office managing exceptional real estate, offering a high level of autonomy and a variety of missions in a demanding yet humane environment, working closely with a professional and committed team.
